STOVELL, FREDERICK DAVANT,
Entered as Ensign, U. S. N. R. F., March 28, 1917; promoted Lieutenant,
junior grade, March 4, 1919. Atlantic Mine Force Fleet, November 18,
1918, to January 17, 1919, and was overseas attached to the division
that laid the North Sea Mine Barrage. Placed on inactive duty, January
17, 1919.

TASKER, STEPHEN PASCHALL MORRIS,
Entered service as Lieutenant, U. S. N. R. F., March 20, 1917;
Lieutenant Commander, March 18, 1919. Duty at 4th Naval
District, Philadelphia. Placed on inactive duty, October 1, 1919.

URQUHART, WILLIAM KLEMM BEECHER,
Entered U. S. Naval Academy, Annapolis, June, 1917.
Commissioned Ensign, U. S. N., on completion of course, October,
1917; promoted Lieutenant, junior grade, September 21, 1918.
Service on Battleship Ohio and on Destroyers Jarvis and Elliott. The
Jarvis did scout and escort duty out of Brest, France. Resigned,
October 24, 1919.

WARREN, RICHARD FAIRFIELD,
Entered as Ensign, U. S. N. R. F., February 26, 1917; promoted
Lieutenant, junior grade, February 10, 1919. Commanded U. S. S.
Valiant, S.P. 535, May 10th to November 13th, 1917, on patrol duty
off New Jersey Coast. Duty with Naval Staff, London and Paris in
1918. Bearer of despatches to General Pershing, March 19, 1918;
duty at Brest, France, May, 1918, to January, 1919. Placed on
inactive duty, February 20, 1919.

WILLIAMSON, THOMAS ARMSTRONG,
Entered service, April 14, 1917, as Yeoman, 2nd Class, U. S. N. R.
F. Duty at Cape May, New Jersey, Lewes, Delaware, and in
Philadelphia. Placed on inactive list, February 24, 1919.
